Part 56: Landlord and Tenant Claims and Miscellaneous Provisions about Land

This part comprises two sections. Section I contains rules relating to landlord and tenant claims. Section II contains rules relating to miscellaneous provisions about land. No practice forms are available for claims commenced under this part. Claimants must use the forms relating to CPR Part 8 procedure where specified, with modifications as required by the rule or practice direction, or Part 7 or Part 8 as the claimant chooses where the rules do not specify.
