Part 55 Possession Claims

Part 55 deals with claims for possession of land, including buildings or parts of buildings. It comprises two sections: Section I contains the general rules for possession claims; Section II contains the rules relating to the accelerated possession procedure. Claims for interim possession orders are not affected.
