The New Rules

The Civil Procedure (Amendment) Rules 2001 (SI 2001 No 256(L7)) introduced two new Parts to the Civil Procedure Rules which came into effect on 15 October. Practice Directions corresponding to these two Parts published on 17 May 2001 also come into effect on 15 October.
