STAFF MOVEMENT HINDERS GROWTH OF CHINESE INDUSTRY

Development of China’s insurance industry has been hindered by “too frequent” movement of staff, local reports claim. Good flow of individuals is a necessity in allowing a robust sector to flourish, a top Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China was quoted as stressing by Sinocast, but increasingly experts in the country are calling for more focus on training. Allowing the free flow of talent demonstrates the industry’s ability to the full, the Ping An executive claimed, but equally there is an increasing focus on training new employees. And as the influence of foreign companies in the Chinese market is felt more, that will become increasingly important.
