Broker bodies team up for market solution to commission disclosure

The UK’s top broker bodies have said they are working together to resolve the regulator’s concerns over commission disclosure in an attempt to side-step the threat of new rules. The British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) and the Institute of Insurance Brokers (IIB) said they have agreed that an industry initiative is the best way forward and that they are progressing discussions.
