CNINSURE UNVEILS LATEST BROKING OPERATION

Chinese insurance agency and broker CNinsure has signed definitive agreements with several individual agents to establish a new insurance agency named Jiangxi Fanhua Insurance Agency. With the establishment of the new agency, CNinsure will have secured its market presence in the Jiangxi Province in central China and its total distribution network will have reached 16 provinces at that point. The new agency, which is owned 70% by CNinsure, intends to focus on life insurance product distribution and expects to commence operations in September this year subject to certain authorisations. The operation will be spearheaded by two entrepreneurial agents who have had more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance sector.
