Solvency II: The next steps

Solvency II is reaching the final stages before implementation. The recast of the Framework Directive was published on 26 February 2008. At present, the negotiations are taking place under the Slovenians and we are approaching a final view on the solo specification. When the Presidency moves to the French, the groups’ issue will be picked up again.
