SEOUL GUARANTEE WINS BEIJING OFFICE APPROVAL

SOUTH Korea’s Seoul Guarantee Insurance has received approval to open a representative office in Beijing. The China Insurance Regulatory Commission published confirmation on its website. Last October Seoul Guarantee Insurance officially opened its new office in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi. Meanwhile CIRC also confirmed it had approved an application for a new office for Heng-An Standard Life Insurance. The life insurance joint venture part owned by UK insurer Standard Life is looking to open a branch in the port city of Tianjin in the east of the country.
