Carriage by sea - Charter-party - Chartered vessel "expected ready to load 1st July 1965" - Cancellation of charter-party by charterers on July 17 owing to inability to obtain cargo - Cancellation accepted by shipowners - Impossibility of vessel reaching loading port by July 20 which was cancelling date - Whether clause "expected ready to load" was condition or warranty - Whether charterers justified in cancelling - Whether only nominal damages could be claimed. Damages - Contract - Anticipatory breach - Cancellation of charter due to inability to obtain cargo.
