Shelltime 3 form - Whether vessel off-hire

The Bridgestone Maru No. 3 was an LPG vessel. The defendant disponent owners chartered her to the plaintiffs under the Shelltime 3 form. Shortly before the relevant voyage, a booster pump installation had been put aboard the vessel to assist discharge of cargo when the ship’s own pumps were not sufficiently powerful to overcome back pressure.
