The authors are members of the faculty of the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary College in the University of London. The work is therefore the product of the highly successful courses conducted by the School for the last 20 years. Its range is likely to make the book of particular value to those involved in the arbitration of construction disputes.

This is the latest revision of a well-established and well-regarded work about the Act which applies in England and Wales.
Construction Law Casebook, Vol 2 by Chow Kok Fong and Philip C F Chan. LexisNexis, Singapore, 2003. ISBN 981–236–265–7.
Both authors are known to readers. Philip Chan’s book Commonwealth Construction Cases: the Singapore Perspective was reviewed at [2003] ICLR 326.
Quantifying and Managing Disruption Claims by Hamish Lal. Thomas Telford, London, 2002. ISBN 07277–3165–3.
The author writes on page 505 of this issue.
