Vessel off-hire during period under arrest

The Maistro Georgis was arrested by the cargo receivers at the discharge port for alleged cargo damage. She continued to discharge until 03 40 on 3 May 1981 but security was not posted until 5 June 1981. She was released at 13 00 on that day. The question was whether she was off-hire from 03 40 on 3 May to 13 00 on 5 June 1981. The charter was on the NYPE form, the off-hire clause of which provided:
