Marsk GB and Maersk A/S were the claimants and Almar-Hum was the defendant in the dispute concerning contracts of carriage between Almar-Hum as shipper and Maersk A/S as carrier to ship 150 containers of madeira wood from Guinea-Bissau to Huangpu.
